Mr. Marshall has extensive experience in
franchising, business litigation, contract disputes, commercial transactions, and has received
training in resolving workplace disputes before they become lawsuits.
Before starting his mediation practice,
Jim was an attorney associated with such large enterprises as Burger King,
Hardee's Food Systems, Compass Group, and the La Quinta hotel
chain.
Mr. Marshall was also an experienced litigator
in private practice in the areas of Family Law, Probate, Personal
Injury and Debt Resolution before he began his corporate career in the
1980's.
